German Marzipan aka Almond Paste Creations
Marzipan chocolate bars
Traditionally Germans give their multi layered sponge cakes a marzipan cover that gets a chocolate pour on top. As this cover is so liked, we offer a variation of this, all year long. It is a duo bar with one side marzipan one side chocolate.
Torched Pig heads
Marzipan molded into a pig shape and torched crispy giving it a smokey aroma.
Loafs
Marzipan molded into a loaf of bread shape. With a soft honey caramel center. Brushed with a thin chocolate coating.
We offer the loaf in different flavours for example: skor, cherry, peppermint, hazelnut etc. We offer different sizes for custom orders as well.

We have salted and orginal honey caramel sqaures that melt in your mouth.
Try our nut semi soft honey caramel brittles or Toffees Nut pieces.
European Caramel: Florentina and Blaetterkrokant
Ever had some typical german caramel before?
We make the traditional Florentina cookie. It is a Almond caramel cookie with citrus fruit, dipped in dark chocolate with a cherry on top!
We also know the fine art of folding hard caramel to make it into a crunchy thin layered delicacy called Blaetterkrokant. It gets paired with almond shavings and dark chocolate hazelnut nougat that makes it naturally dairy free/vegan too.

Traditional Canadian Candy Cookies
A chocolate store without it's own chocolate chip cookie would be missing something, right? Try ours. And how about our special Skor cookie. It is truly a gooey delight!
British Shortbread
The smooth crispy crumbly traditional Britisch shortbread cookies in Vanilla or chocolate dipped in different chocolates and sprinkles a perfect coffee or tea favorite.

Roasted Bars
We roast the nuts fresh and after they have cooled down to the right temperature, we fold them into chocolate and pour them into molds.
We have them all year long with milk, dark or 70%. We use nuts like: Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Pecans, Cashews, Coconut, Walnuts etc.
Semi Soft Toffee Brittles
Our in house made honey caramel and nuts! All lactose free made from scratch! You can get the brittles with coconut, peanut, mixed nuts etc.
German Nut Creations
Blaetterkrokant aka layered nut caramel
Try a German delicacy where a very fine table folding hot caramel method is used to create a crunchy fine caramel with hazelnut dark chocolate nougat and thin roasted Almond slivers.
This is a naturally dairy free and vegan caramel.
Florentina aka Almond citrus fruit caramel.
Almonds baked into a caramel sauce with citrus fruits and a cherry on top. when fully cooled the cookie bottom gets dipped into dark chocolate.

Cakes
Our signature cake is a multi layered Almond Sponge Cake aka German Gentleman's cake, featuring layers of sponge cake, layers of Swiss buttercream, a marizipan covering and a delicious chocolate coating. We also offer a Brownie cake, a Carrot Skor Cake and are working on a Banana chocolate chip Cake as well as a honey caramel sponge cake. All cake options are gluten free on rice flour and cornstarch base.
Individual Cake Slice
In total we offer 39 cake flavours. we have 15 in stock, and rotate through the flavours all year long. Each slice is big enough to share...if you want to.

Beverages (only to go)
We have offer teas and coffee all year long and have a special winter and Summer menu too! Everything is lactose and gluten free!
Teas and Coffee
For coffee we offer a european cafe crema blend as well as a decaf.
For teas we have black, green, herbal and fruit teas.
Special combos
Half coffee half hot chocolate available in the winter!
Ice-cream scoop and coffee poured on top, available in the summer!

We pair our sorbets and lactose free ice-cream aka gelato with :
- cold brews (coffee or tea) to create a Frappe drink
- lactose free milk to create a 70stype creamy milk shake
- sparkling high quality water to create a refreshing virgin margarita cocktail
